My friend Buhle and I have been planning a Miami trip for Spring Break(woooop). So far we have our accommodation and flights in order.
This evening I decided to try on my bikini just to keep up with my excitement, but that was a bad idea. I am really comfortable with my body and I am extremely lucky for it. However my stomach needs to be a bit toned so I decided to look at a few abs exercise programs.
Ps. Be proud of your body BUT keep it toned so that it doesn't sag a few years down the line.
